I'm posting the details here so we don't forget.
We have taken a credit for the cancelled 2020 season. We'll apply it to 2021. We should be getting an invoice around October/November for the renewal. At that time we'll renew and apply the credit.
For the record - the credit amount is for $2,807.00
I opted out of auto renew because they couldn't guarantee they'd apply the credit at that time AND they'd just give us the same box. I'm looking to upgrade to lower each year. We actually got two box rows lower for this year. Hopefully we'll go even lower next year.
